To make a deposit, follow these steps:
- Log in to Kuady
- Go to the 'Transfers' tab and select ‘Deposit’
- Choose your payment method. Existing payment methods and options shown in the app will depend on your country
- Enter your chosen amount
- Confirm the payment
The money will appear in your Kuady balance.
To make sure the process goes smoothly, please check that the amount selected is:
- Above the minimum limit for your selected payment method
- Below the maximum limit per transaction
If these criteria are not met, an error message will appear in the field.
