Follow these steps to make a withdrawal:
- Log in to Kuady
- Go to the 'Transfers' tab and select ‘Withdraw’
- Choose your payment method. Existing payment methods and options shown in the app will depend on your country
- Enter your chosen amount
- Enter your DNI or ID number
- Fill in any required information and tap ‘Continue’
- Check that all the details are correct and tap ‘Withdraw’
- Done!
To make sure everything goes smoothly, please review the following:
- The amount must be above the minimum requirement for your chosen payment method
- The amount must be below the maximum limit per transaction
- You must have sufficient funds in your Kuady account
- Make sure you have provided your ID number in the correct format
Important: you can only withdraw money to an external account if it is also in your name.
