My Kuady card was stolen/lost.
What should I do?
If your card was lost or stolen, make sure you report and replace it as soon as possible. Login to your Kuady Aapp and follow these simple steps:
1. Login to your Kuady app
2. Go to Kuady card section
3. Select “Block” if you are unsure if where your card is lost or stolen
4. Click on the “Manage” then select “Cancel” if you are sure you have your card is lost/stolen
Once your card is cancelled, you will be able to apply for a new one.
