Your Kuady card is an international Mastercard that allows you to make fast and secure payments worldwide. You can use your physical Kuady card to make purchases online and in-store.
To request your Kuady card, this is what you need:
- Photo ID: if you’ve already verified your Kuady account, all you need to do is upload a photo of your ID. If not, you’ll need to verify your personal information and identity.
- Minimum balance of 9 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency): this is just for shipping!
Ready to get your Kuady card? Here’s how:
1. Open your app
2. Tap ‘Get your Kuady card’
3. Swipe to the physical card
4. Tap ‘Get my physical Kuady card'
Once you’ve requested your card, we’ll send it to the address registered to your account.
When you receive your card in the mail, you’ll need to activate it in your Kuady app. There, you can also cancel, block, and unblock your Kuady card.
You can use your card anywhere in the world that accepts Mastercard. However, please note that the card is restricted in certain countries due to reasons beyond our control.
