Declined payment not debited to my account



We want you to be able to use your Kuady card in as many places as possible. If you've tried to make a purchase and Kuady has been rejected as a payment method, we want to know! Please submit a ticket to our Customer Service team so they can work on it for you.

When submitting your ticket, please include the following information:


  • Whether this was an online purchase or in a store
  • Merchant name
  • Amount paid
  • Details of the purchase
  • Transaction ID 
  • Date of the transaction

Transactions have lots of stages where things can go wrong so, if you contact us, we'll review the transaction and try to discover why it has been rejected so you can avoid this issue in future. A common problem is if a transaction has exceeded the maximum daily limit. 

Where possible, we can provide guidance on how to avoid declined transactions. For example, we might block your account if we suspect an unauthorized payment. In this case, we'll review your transactions and, if you confirm that transactions were made by you, you'll be able to continue making this type of transaction in the future.
