If you've made a purchase and later returned the goods, the merchant should issue you with a refund receipt for purchases made in person.
If returned by mail, then you should receive an email from the merchant to confirm receipt of the returned goods, with an estimated timeframe to process a refund back to your account.
If the timeframe provided by the merchant has lapsed, or if no timeframe was provided and 30 days has since passed, click on ‘Contact Us’ below to submit a ticket. Our team will work to help you resolve the problem and recover your funds where possible.
Please provide the following information:
- Transaction ID
- Date of transaction
- Merchant name
- Merchant country
- Transaction amount
- Proof of your return
- Refund receipt or confirmation
- Any additional communication with the merchant
Please be aware that you have 75 calendar days to dispute a transaction. Once this period has elapsed, we may not be able to claim the money back on your behalf.
