Unauthorized charge




If you have a transaction that you don't recognize, please consider first whether you have subscribed to a service that has either debited your account after you've canceled it, or signed up to a free trial without canceling the service before the trial ends. If so, refer to the ‘Charge for a canceled link’ section.

If you still don't recognize a transaction, please block your card in the app immediately and then click on ‘Contact Us’ below to submit a ticket. 

Please provide the following information for all unrecognized transactions with a status of ‘Pending’, ‘Complete’ or ‘Rejected.' You can send this as a screenshot from the app:
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of the transaction
  • Merchant name
  • Merchant country 
  • Transaction amount

In the 'Description' section of the ‘Contact Us’ form, please provide additional information. E.g. I’ve never been to France where the transactions took place, my wallet containing my card was stolen within the last hour, I am unable to locate my card. 

If you can't block your card in the app, please let us know in your ticket and we will prioritize canceling it for you.
