Charge for a canceled link (e.g. a subscription)

If you've canceled a subscription to a streaming service, or any other merchant where you had a regular subscription, and have been billed again, please check the date that the merchant confirmed the cancelation period would take effect.

Some merchants have a notice period, e.g. 30 days, meaning you'll be billed again during this period

If your account is debited after the notice period, contact the merchant directly to confirm the cancelation and request a refund. This is usually the quickest way to receive a refund.

If the merchant hasn't replied after 7 days or refuses your request for a refund, which you believe goes against the terms and conditions agreed, click on ‘Contact us’ below and submit a ticket. Our team will work to help you resolve the problem and recover your funds where possible.

Please provide the following information:
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of the transaction
  • Merchant name
  • Merchant country
  • Transaction amount
  • Proof of your cancelation request
  • Any additional communication with the merchant

Please be aware that you have 75 calendar days to dispute a transaction. Once this period has elapsed, we may not be able to claim the money back on your behalf.
