Verify my identity

We use your official ID to verify that you are who you say you are. This boosts security and makes sure your information is protected and that someone else can’t open an account in your name. 

Say cheese! We’ll check the selfie you send us against the documents you've provided. After this step, we can open your Kuady account.

To verify your identity, you need one of the following documents, depending on your country:

Perú	DNI/ Identity card (8 digits) Driver licence RUC/ Your tax ID number (11 digits) CE/ Immigration Card, PTP/ Temporary Permit to Stay Card, CPP/ Temporary Permit to Stay Card (8-9 digits) *Note: if you face any issues with your CE/PTP/CPP during the registration process, click on ‘contact us’ we are happy to help you.
Chile	RUT/ Your tax ID number RUN/ Identity Chilean Card PAS/ Passport Driver licence
Argentina	DNI/ Identity card (8 digits) PAS/ Passaport Driver licence
México	Driver licence INE/IFE (Must be in force and without any request of change of address and/or loss) PAS/ Passport Visa (FM2 and FM3) CURP
Colombia	Drivers licence Government issued photo ID PAS/ Passport Resident Permit Visa

During the identity verification process, we may also ask you to upload a document to verify your address.

Here are some examples of acceptable documents:

Utility bill (no more than 6 months old)
Bank statement

Documents that are not accepted:

Membership cards

Important: The document you use to verify your address must clearly display the following info:

Your full name
The address you provided when creating your account
Document issue date (within the last 6 months)
